*UPDATED* 3rd Wine Lovers' Night: "Thai Origins"

After a long two-and-a-half years, we’re back with another wine dinner!

This time, the theme is Thailand’s vibrant local ingredients.
Our Ever-Tipsy Trio: the chef, the manager, and the wine importer (she does take their work very seriously) spent a delightful 3+ hours tasting, sipping, and nibbling their way to selecting five beautiful wines.
Each wine has been expertly paired with a special seven-course, sixteen-dish menu crafted by the Japanese chef.

Of course, wine enthusiasts are more than welcome. But this evening is just as much for those who simply fancy good food, good wine, and good company — without all the complicated wine chat.

As always, there’ll be plenty to eat and drink, so do gather your friends and come along for a jolly good night!

Q. Is it an all-you-can-drink event?
A. We will prepare a suitable amount of wine based on the number of guests. Although it is not an all-you-can-drink event, refills are available as long as stock permits. Each guest can expect approximately the equivalent of one bottle of wine throughout the course.

Q. I have no knowledge of wine. Can I still attend?
A. Of course. This event is intended as a casual gathering to enjoy a variety of specially prepared dishes and different wines. Please feel free to join us even if you have little experience with wine.

Q. Can I attend alone?
A. Solo participants are welcome. Subject to availability, we can arrange shared seating with other guests. However, we are unable to accommodate specific requests regarding the nationality or gender of fellow diners.

Q. Is it acceptable to arrive late?
A. As all courses will be served simultaneously to all guests, punctuality is required.

Q. I am not comfortable socialising with other guests.
A. The venue is arranged with semi-private seating, so guests can enjoy their meals without interaction if they wish. If you would prefer to engage with others, please inform us — we will open the partitions if there are mutual requests.

Q. If I attend with a guest, will we be sharing food?
A. Each guest will receive individual plated courses. There is no need to share dishes.

Q. Can I place additional orders?
A. The portions of both food and wine are typically generous. However, if necessary, you may order additional items from our regular menu for an extra charge.

Q. Is the water service similar to high-end restaurants where bottled water is charged separately?
A. Drinking water will be provided free of charge throughout the event. Coffee will also be served after the meal.

Q. When do cancellation fees apply?
A. We kindly ask that provisional reservations be avoided. Cancellation fees will apply in full from 14 days prior to the event. If a guest is unable to attend, we encourage arranging for a substitute participant.
