Q. What is included in the price?
A. The price is quoted per person. It includes a 7-course meal with 16 dishes and 6 types of sake to be paired. It is subject to 7% service charge and 7% VAT.
Q. Do you provide "free-flow" sake?
A. We prepare a certain quantity of sake according to the number of guests. It is not free-flow but you can have refills as long as there is stock. We prepare about 1 bottle (720 ml) per person for the entire course.
Q. I don't know anything about sake, can I participate?
A. This event is a great "drinking party" where you can enjoy various sakes and our Japanese chef's creations only at once. Talk to your friends to try some sake for next weekend's party. All welcomed.
Q. Is it okay if I am late for the start time?
A. The course meal will be served to all customers at the same time, so please do not arrive late for the event.
Q. Can I participate alone?
A. The number of tables is limited and we would accept bookings of more than 2 persons, meantime, if you can share a table with other customers we can confirm your seat. Please let us know when you make your reservation.
Q. I wouldn't say I like interacting with other people.
A. The venue has semi-private booths, there will be no interference from other customers. On the other hand, if you are willing to enjoy conversation with other customers, please let us know. We will open the partition between booths for other customers who have similar requests.
Q. I would like to take my clients to the event. Will it be a "sharing style"?
A. This time we will serve individual plates. There will be no dishes to share.
Q. Can I order additional food?
A. This is the 5th time we hold this event and we have always received comments from the customers that the food and sake were very much filling. We recommend that you come over with plenty of room in your stomach. In case you feel (still) hungry you can order additional food and/or drinks from our regular menu at addtional expenses.
Q. Drinking water is included?
A. We will provide free drinking water throughout the event. We will prepare green tea after the meal.
Q. How is the cancellation policy?
A. First of all, please do not make tentative bookings. Space is limited and our chef need much time to prepare the food. The full amount will be charged 7 days before the event.
